HOW DO I USE THE POOJA CLEANSE® FOR MY THROAT CHAKRA?
The POOJA CLEANSE® is a time for deep self reflection and is a multilayered experience. To prepare (Day 0), create a sacred space for yourself by drawing a warm bath and dropping your first THROAT Chakra Bath Bomb for a sensual, relaxing ritual to soothe and relax your mind, body and senses. Take this time to set your intention for the coming week. On Days 1-7, you’ll begin incorporating various rituals and practices (which will include your Body Bar and THROAT Chakra crystals) to establish a healthy foundation for a creative and connected life. Set time daily to capture your thoughts and feelings in a journal. Allow space for meditation and contemplation. At the end of Day 7, you'll wrap your weeklong journey with a bath using your second THROAT Chakra Bath Bomb. This is the perfect time to reflect on your journey and any transformations you may have experienced.

Throat Chakra Balancing
Sound, vibration, rhythm, music, voice, words, communication
Touch your fingers to your throat and on the exhale let a relaxing sound out. Feel the vibration and how your body expresses relaxation. This chakra bridges your heart and your mind and filters all the messages that come through and forms them into words, so watch what you say! To speak and live your truth authentically means your chakra is open andyou will be able to effectively communicate your needs, desires, creative ideas, boundaries, empathy, and love, allowing profound spiritual truths to flow freely.
You'll be great at making yourself understood, able to say what you really want
Signs of an overactive throat chakra means it's in overdrive and you're experiencing a lack of control over your speech and talking without a filter like when someone is overly critical of others, displays rudeness and arrogance, refusing to listen or likes to gossip. When it's underactive, it means you're experiencing blockages that contribute to feelings of insecurity and introversion that cause one to become insecure and timid with a fear of speaking up for themselves.
The key is to familiarize yourself with the signs and symptoms of an under or overactive Throat
Once you recognize what is amiss, the next step is learning about pooja practice to begin the journey and restore balance to your throat chakra and its full potential, improving your overall well-being. It is important to practice using your voice by talking with close friends and family in a heartfelt way, making it a point to always speak openly and honestly with all that you say. Remember that your voice has power in its vibration to all that hear it, so speak kindly.
Throat Pooja Practice
Once in your warm bath, release the chakra bomb in your left hand and close your eyes. Breathe deeply inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Bring your awareness to your throat, visualizing a blue glow around a lotus flower that is opening.Listen in for a moment to how you want to express yourself to the world around you and chant the sacredMantra ‘HUM’for 1-2 minutes. When ready, open your eyes to see you are enveloped in the seed color of this chakra. Repeat aloud this powerful affirmation with eyes open or closed: “I am clear about what I want and express it easily” May this practice help to cleanse and restore balance, bringing healing and overall well-being to you. Rest and be at Peace
