POOJA PRACTICE
Once in your warm bath, release the chakra bomb in your left hand and close your eyes. Breathe deeply inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Bring your awareness above your navel area, visualize a yellow glow radiating around you. Release any pressures of responsibility and judgement in your life and chant the sacred Mantra ‘RAM’ for 1-2 minutes. When ready, open your eyes to see you are enveloped in the seed color of this chakra. Repeat aloud this powerful affirmation with eyes open or closed: “I feel my purpose in life and trust the direction I take” May this practice help to cleanse and restore balance, bringing healing and overall well-being to you. Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing
This chakra is related to the element of fire and when the solar plexus chakra is open, you're able to create a balanced approach and outlet for your thoughts and emotions, established in your personal power and self identity. If you find yourself in situations where you're feeling powerless or fearful, perhaps you doubt yourself and your accomplishments or mistrust your friends and family. Well, then your underactive energy swirling around in your solar plexus is all blocked up with nowhere to go and it's causing these endless cycles of shame, guilt and insecurity.
