This oil has been shown to help soothe inflammation and/or irritations and can bolster your immune system to help with colds, headaches or upset stomach.Root Chakra Balancing
To be successful in the process of opening blocked energy in the root chakra, you must begin by being completely open and honest with yourself. That’s where it starts. If you want to manifest anything in this world it all starts with your Root Chakra and its important to clear any blocked energy. For example, if you are experiencing control issues with things like food or over react in certain situations or routinely notice being fearful or angry or stressed about the things that have happened or is happening in your life, its because your root chakra energy is blocked up and not operating as it should perhaps because of years of chronic overactive negative impact.
The key is to familiarize yourself with the signs and symptoms of an overactive first chakra. Once you recognize what is amiss, the next step is learning about pooja practice to begin the journey and restore balance to your root chakra and its full potential, improving your overall well-being. So be honest with yourself, pay attention and observe when you are angry or stressed, ask your body where it's coming from, breathe deeply and focus on that area. Journal any thoughts or images that come to you. And when you are ready to be kind to yourself, draw a warm bath and use Pooja’s Root Chakra Bath Bomb to help release it.
Pooja Practice
Once in your warm bath, release the chakra bomb in your left hand and close your eyes.Breathe deeply inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Bring your awareness below your tailbone, visualizing a red glow around you. Let go of any stress or negativity into the earth and chant the sacred Mantra ‘LAM’ for 1-2 minutes. When ready, open your eyes and feel the earth's energy rising up from beneath as you are enveloped in the seed color of this chakra. Repeat aloud this powerful affirmation with eyes open or closed: “I love my body; it is my temple and I care for it”. May this practice help to cleanse and restore balance, bringing healing and overall well-being to you. Rest and be at peace.
